George Bush Passes New Law or Whatever it is

I just heard on television today that George Bush has made it against the law or whatever to harass or annoy or whatever someone online on the message boards.

It's goes against something #18 and is punishable for no more than 2 years in jail.

They ran a very quick list up the screen of the boards that they were screening and I was caught off guard but I don't think I saw Killermovies on there, yeah take a deep breath people, you're safe, but I did see IGN among others.

This is ridiculous as so the announcer/host thought so also.

Is It Comprehensible.....

Nope, b/c Killermovies isn't on the list, at least not the one I saw, and I'm not annoying anybody, people are just letting themselves get annoyed.
