There is no waste of space seeing as how there is no real limit to how many threads can fit on KMC. no expression

Expanding the space does not change the fact that's it wasted space.

People have tried this before, and it never works.

Let them have their own threads, it's not like you have to read them, and they're certainly not hurting anyone...

There's a lot of stuff on here that could be called much more a waste of space than birthday threads.
