I made that name up. It's a contradiction. The greatest enemy of the Ultras is Baltan. So I made a name of Ultraman(which usually has a name after it) with Baltan at the end. Like Ultraman Taro.

The woman seemed to hold no remorse as she caused the monster to dive onto a couple of structures throughout the clip.
The clip itself is also of horrid quality, had bad Japanese-kid's-show music, and had no real purpose behind it, so anyone who did not view it was probably better off.
