I was the same - you get over it, eventually. Remember, corny as it might sound - the girls you talk to are frequently as nervous as you are. Best advice is to get them talking - ask questions, and don't just ACT interested, BE interested. In other words, actually listen to what they are saying, and then respond, instead of using the time that they are talking trying to think of what to say next.
