From my experince, girls need more attention in a realtionship. But I'm sure that there are plenty of girls who need less, and plenty of guys that needs more.
I'm a bonafied attention whore.. a sl*t I tells ya, and I'm a guy, so I think it's just contingent on the person.

I usualy dont mind being low on the attention chain, but I hate being ignored.. There you have how much attention I need.. Somewhere between not being ignored and very little attention

Yeah with relationships I'd say things are a bit different, attention ceases to be a novelty and becomes more a necessity.
