to tell you the truth...

My left leg is fukin swollen from sparring due to checking leg kicks and my back is sore due to failure to sprawl to defend from take downs
my left shoulder is swollen I cant even jab without feeling the pain (So I cant jab)

SPILLING MY BEANS HERE IN THIS THREAD (please log in to view the image)

my body just need time to heal from brutal training

right now i am at my computer missing my friday training and playing starcraft diablo kmc and trying to join another more active forum than kmc.
