The answer is no. There are many kids and teens, young adults born with weak hearts, some more savior than others. But there has been so much advancements in cardiovascular medicine and technology where your odds are greater. Most children born with these underline health conditions will have to have a strict diet and exercise throughout their life. This will include frequent visits to a cardiologist specialist in the field. They might also carry a heart monitor with them at all times.

But if you are born healthy, the odds of having a heart attack at a young age, have to do with how well you keep yourself. Obisety amongst kids in the United States is prevalent, obesity can cause heart failure. Drugs can cause heart failure, as well as many other situations can provoke heart failure.
