He was out of place as JJ Jameson in Spiderman, because he still displayed a bit of that country drawl that made him famous as Vern Schillinger in OZ, which to me was the best thing he ever did, becase he played one MEAN son of a *****. I don't think anyone cried when Beecher accidentally killed him. I know I didn't.

Also does a good job playing the sherrif in "the gift"...............
He also used to do the voice of the yellow M&M in the M&M commercials...........don't know if he still does in the new ones......just a strange fact.
