I read an article about that already. They've got people working on it and they're really gonna rush it - as if this film isn't gonna be bad enough lol. We're looking at a terrible film coming in 2007.

It's not really rushed...They have people working on it already.
Let's say they start filiming in September/October of this year...50 days of filiming...We're in November.
Now they have a year to edit it, promote it, and release it...Not that big of a stretch.
Saw 2 and 3 were/are worked on in less then 6 months.

I read that CR will have a conclusion but that Bond22 will be a direct sequel. It will probably hit into theaters for Fall 2007 but it remains to be seen whether it will actually happen or not.
I agree though, it is a once in a lifetime chance for the series.
