 Frozen Throne

Alright, i finished all the campaigns, and when i beat the bonus campaign, it says there will be two more acts released soon. Where do you get them from? i have gone to the frozen throne website, and to battle.net, and i can not find it. Seeing as it has been awhile since the game was released, i was expecting at least one of the additions to be out there. Anyone help?
