 NFS: Underground vs PGR2

I'm trying to decide which one I should get first, I've played the full version of NFS:UG but only the demo of PGR2 both have individual qualities but I need some help deciding which one will give me more for my money, at the moment I'm thinking NFS:UG just for the unlimited car customisation options.
