Blizzard by far. Every game they release is critically acclaimed and popular. Warcraft 2 and 3, Starcraft, Diablo and not WoW. These are some of the best games out there and probably the best in its individually genre.
Nintendo's development firm that has Miymoto(sp) has their leader.
Valve can be one of the these with a few more games out there.
