Ultimate spiderman was the by far the worst run of spiderman, not to mention a failed series. spiderman2 was awsome, why not just elaborate on what works? they could have improved the battle engine from spiderman2 to make it a fantastic game.

Looks like a fun game.
I don't like Ultimate Spidey though. Venom doesn't look right, Spidey has a bobble head and the Green Goblin is just wrong. Peter Parker is a web designer? Gimme a break.
Rhino looks decent, and the graphics are nice, but man, the one game where we get to control Venom and he looks like a purple blob.
Just make the damn Amazing Spider-Man comics into a game like the PSOne games. Ultimate Spider-Man is pretty weak.
