Who's Worse: Heihachi or Kazuya?
This is just an open opinionated question. So don't get all heated.
Personally, I'd say they are both even in terms of dickery. Heihachi has done some truly selfish things but Kazuya is willing to sell his humanity for his own ambitions.
Though from what I've seen, Kazuya has killed more people.

Because I'd say they are both about even when it comes to be psychos...
IMO Heihachi is worse. He is the cause of Kazuya's devil for starters. Kazuya was ok in the beginning...but when it comes to Heihachi it's either put up or get thrown down a ravine/get headshot/imprisioned beneath Honmaru.
