When did Eevee become popular? That's all i heard about from Pokémon Insurgance fans, how they loved the fact you can play an Eevee if you didn't want a Delta Pokémon (Basically a mixed breed, with pretty obvious rifs on things like the Ninja Turtles and such..)

A lot of non man children actually began gen 1 in college.
The same types that played Tony Hawk, and watched Loony Toons while getting high. Comes from money, in a lot of cases, and likes kicking around man children.
