I just got into the hobby and I'm reading the Novels inspired by the game. I'm loving them! Currently I'm reading Trollslayer by William King. And I'm surprise how interesting the storytelling is being told in the books. Gotrek and Felix are very fascinating characters. Especially Gotrek (The trollslayer) and his companion Felix (the Poet) who records their adventures as they travel different lands. Gotrek seeks a noble death in battle and his companion Felix follows him because of an oath he took. There is never a dull moment between these two companions.
Whether you're into the hobby or not these novels are pure kick ass! If you love LOTR and DD or Forgotten Realms you're bound to love these novels.
