I have Hand Draw An animation and scanned it into the computer, I don't want to use Adobe Image Ready because It pisses me off.
So Is there any FREE tool which i can sue to assemble all my Frames and compile them into an animated gif?
If not, somebody PLEASE explain to me how exactly I use Image ready.
beacsue Eahc Time I try TO mak e a NEw frame and Modify It, It modyfies Each other frame the same way...

Imageready's really easy. It has that habit of modifying every frame with the first layer you add, but all you need to do is hide it in the other frames.
