As all of you know, Ushgarak has been providing KMC with non-stop roleplaying action in that far away Galaxy known as the Star Wars Universe. He has introduced several highly-developed characters (ranging from the charismatic and deadly Larios Kuylen to the lovably oafish Vasilik) and a variety of horrible twists that keep us coming back for more. Out of his games we've spawned highly-developed characters of our own and formed friendships (and rivalries!).
However, we've run out of plot. Before we play the games, Ush and his brother, Brith, painstaking write the story up before putting themselves through it. They've been doing that for over six years. How they do it, I have no idea. But they, like us, are only human. If we expected them to lock themselves in a dark room with tons of paper and dice until the games were finished, we'd only be half-right.
Because Ush and Brith aren't super-computers that jot down roleplaying plots at every second of the day, we'd be getting a very half-baked Episode IV for the Prequel Trilogy Era, and there is no Episode II for the Original Trilogy Era as of yet.
And so, in the vein of Ushgarak's Prince of Persia games on Lana's board, I proposed to host a series of shorter games to get an in-depth look at each of the characters that we've been playing for years. They all have a story to tell.
Please voice your interest if you wish to participate. Ush has allowed me to offer a small prize at the end of each game which will carry over into his games.
Listed here are planned stories for the Retrospection tours.

For the purpose of making skill checks and carrying out combat, we will be using Ushgarak's d20 system, as seen in the Original Trilogy game, as opposed to the outdated d6 system. Please refer to the Core Rules thread at the top of the forum for any and all rules.
However, for Force Powers, please refer to the Main Rules thread. Only the Force Powers should be referenced from this thread, as well as any other question pertaining to Force or Lightsaber usage.
In light of the new system having been developed for all future games, I had to create a reward that would be fittingly appropriate. Originally, had it been the Feng Shui system still in use, much of the prizes would have been things like extra xp, personalized items, customized devices, skill bonuses, maybe even a point of Armor? But such things are hardly appropriate now... except for skill bonuses!
Come up with any way you like to explain it, but your characters can each take one extra point in a skill of your choosing. It can be a skill that you already have or a new skill.
There are only three restrictions:
1) The skill cannot be combat-related, so increases to or additions of Lightsaber, Guns, Pilot, Combat, or Heavy Weapons.
2) The skill can be a Restricted one, excluding Warfare.
2) The skill must be at 2 points or less to allocate this extra bonus point to it.
This may seem like a very small bonus, but it never hurts to have an extra die to roll in this new system of dice pools. It will increase your chances of getting results or even make yourself useful in certain situations.

Well, as I mentioned, this is great idea, and I am happy to go with it.
I wonder why Zink is playing Wraith, though, not Rand.

Also, Ush, if you wanted to participate, I would be glad to write up something for you. I can't guarantee the craftsmanship that you put into your games, of course.
Whichever you feel would work best with your existing stories, Rex, though I'd like to get back to Tanic soon (and it seems to be that the jedi vibe is going strong so far).

Seconded! I was thinking it might be a treat for us and a break for Ush. (thik how confusing that sentence would sound if said by a drunk person...) Anyway, it'd be cool to see the Player side of Ush, even if it were just small cameos. Maybe even Brith too, since he has an even more-behind-the-scenes roll in all this.
