Character Creation for "The Sith Strikes Back"
This thread is for the Character Creation for the new game "The Sith Strikes Back". People are still allowed to join in at this point!
*glares to certain persons*
*cough*mah*cough*!
First there are some rules, you'll find them all pretty logical, so you won't get bothered about them...
-Gamers must create an original character to play in the Star Wars RPG.
-No gamer may play the intimate acquaintance, former lover, relative, or descendent of the characters from the movies, novels, comics, or short stories.
-Force adept characters will use either the Darkside or the Lightside of the Force. (role players may not play Shadow Jedi Characters)
(in the first game, there are only lightside players)
-Players are allowed to make up species and home planets, but should be prepared to offer a full description of the species and some basic information about the planet. Made-up species may be rejected due to special powers or abilities.
-Characters for the RPG must be reasonable and fair.
Special things to notice when creating a player
Important:
1.No character may kill another character unless both agree to it (except when the GameMaster deceides this after a lightsabre battle)
2. No character may maim another character unless both agree to it. (except when the GameMaster deceides this after a lightsabre battle)
3. Star Wars universe only (no cross-over roleplaying, bye bye ET and Spock).
4. No God-moding.
5. Having more than one character is prohibited. This puts you in the position to receive information from one faction, and unfairly give it to another faction. It also creates a few problems in the game, when you are forced to face your self, or play both of your characters at the same time.
6. You may not speak for any characters other than yourself.
God Moding is the following:
-Roleplaying beyond the logical ability of your character.
-Refusing to take injury and weakness when rightfully inflicted upon you in battle.
-Breaking the above rules on this page.
In this game you can only play a Jedi Knight.
You can freely chose between the following templates of Jedi Knights and Jedi Masters:
Force Knight: A Jedi Knight specialized with the use of the force.
Sabre Knight: A Jedi Knight specialized with the use of his lightsabre
General Knight: A Jedi Knight specialized in driving etc.
Force Master: A Jedi Master specialized with the use of the force.
Sabre Master: A Jedi Master specialized with the use of his lightsabre
General Master: A Jedi Master who's specialised in driving etc.
In the first game: The Sith strikes back, there will be no masters participating.
Its just a game to get the feeling down, its not long, but should promise some good fighting.
Also, the players will be not as good as the jedis in the movies but still lethal why will be explained in the first post.
How exactly can you create a player?
Just fill this in:
Player Name: (your forum name)
Character Name: (name and rank, if any)
Template: (your character's occupation: force, sabre or general)
Species: (If you are an alien, some, like Wookie will be rejected 'cause the planet simply wasn't found at that point)
Sex: (male, female, or other)
Age: (in years)
Height: (in meters, feet and inches are accepted too)
Weight: (in kilos please)
Eye Color: (in color)
Hair Color: (in color)
Physical Description: (What does your character look like? Is your character in shape or overweight? Be sure to list anything unusual about you character, like tattoos, scars, bright blue hair, etc)
Affiliation: (in the first game this is Jedi)
Weapon(s) of Choice: (Jedi only have a lightsabre)
Home Planet: (preferably a planet in the known Star Wars galaxy, if not-you have to describe the planet on another form)
Enemies: (can be other player characters as well as NPCs)
Background: (This should explain your characters origin and the events that have made them who they are today.)

When transformed into another species, some physical traits carry over, like his hair color, eye color, and scar.

Weapon of Choice: blue bladed lightsaber
Home Planet: born on Dantooine
Enemies: A Zabrak Sith Warrior named Darth Morbith who killed his Shi'ido Master.
Background: Born on Dantooine, he was quickly found by the Jedi at the nearby Jedi Training Compound. Soon he was sent to Coruscant to train there. After a few years, he received special training from another Shi'ido Jedi. With the special training, his mind bogging abilities were strong. The Shi'ido Jedi Master did not finish the special training, though, as he was killed off by a Sith Warrior. Because of this, his shapeshifting abilities were still relatively un-trained. He could not adopt the powers of a species he transformed into, like the web-spinning abilities of a Charon. And he could only transform into species that he has seen.

So...powerfull midichlorian count => was found and trained in a temple since his first years of life. he has specialised in blade handling in the detriment of the pacience required for sensitive force actions. Though he's not really dumb at that either if ya know what i mean.
well...that's about it.

ok... some things to point out on your character rex...
you can be a shi'ido but there are VERY few who can change into something else other then one human-form (like Zam Weasell), of course if you change from shi'ido form into humanoid form they will be surprised 
second thing, you have to change his homeplanet... you'll know why when we're playing
don't overestimate your shapeshifting powers, the max you can get is like Zam (which is already mighty impressive according to the Fact Files I use for the info)
all the other stuff is perfect

yes, two chosen species (I take one is humanoid, not counting shi'ido as another species for this one)
you should make a choice now (otherwise it can influence the game too much) (remember: wookies not allowed)

In my character profile, replace "In human form" with "In Shi'ido form". Shi'ido look like humans anyway. As for my two shapeshifting forms...hm...it sucks that Wookiees don't exist yet...
