North Korea/Boston Bombing

So at work today I was watching TV (yeah phuck work)
And I was watching talks about the North Korea missile threats.
Then I switched channels and it was about the Boston bombing.

And I got to thinking (its pretty far fetched, but still)
If North Korea "hired" the Russian bombers to attack america and claim it was an attack by Russia.. thus seperating 2 of the world powers when a possible war is among us.

It would make sense on Koreas part to seperate the world that way its not everyone against them...

Possible? Or not?

Even if NK had that good of a relationship these people were apparently Chechan refugees.

Possible conspiracy theories I see spawning:

Russians are trying to frame the Chechens, disrupting their support

US guvment are trying to frame terrorists, incite some patriotic Phuck-Yeah-ism, and get the DoD a better budget

US guvment are trying to incite public panic over violence, and thus get the new gun ban bill some more support, as it has been waning
