I want a flat stomach and all round toning, HOW?!
Recently I've started working out again, my abs are no longer defined I miss that so much ๐
I'm stretching again too, I'm not as flexible as I was about a year ago. Realised how unfit I've become.
My local gym used to cost me ยฃ44 a month (thats about $80 US!!) being a broke student I couldn't afford it anymore so I gave up.
Trying to work out at home now without the use of machinery. Its leg stretches, crunches for the abs, arms, shoulders, the kind of workout I did when I was training martial arts. I'm gona push myself for the running too.
What I'm doing probably isn't all that great, can you guys suggest a workout routine that doesn't involve going to the gym to get a nice defined stomach and to tone up all round?
