When I think about it, those Houston Oiler uni's weren't so bad. Especially when compared with the Texans and Titans. I hate how so many uniforms got "'90-fied" in the 1990's (like the Titans (Oilers) and Broncos, etc....). Loved those silver helmets when they were around, too.

may not be the ugliest, but its probably the most embarrassing named shirt. From the club "Deportivo Wanka from Peru"

explanation :-( the word "Wank" or "wanker" is (UK)English word for masturbating, for example "you wanker" isn´t a nice thing to say to someone.)
