You can use BiTorrent to download the DVD rip. I did that before seeing it in theaters here. The downloaded one was a fansub and it was a bad fansub. The subtitles were probably correct only 55-65% of the time. While the subtitles for the American release were alright, but weren't too exact 25% of the time. In the fansub that I got off of suprnova, there were times when the subtitles were completely different from what was being said. The subject didn't even match up sometimes. So, I'd be careful with the "DVD" rips for download of this anime.
