i think cell would win

I don't remember any line like that.... I am highly doubting the existence of that line... Even if it was said it is proven wrong becuase:

A Bojack was droped in a hit or two and then beaten in a blast duel....... While Perfect Cell was embarresed by Gohan, and Super Perfect Cell's blast took Gohan down to half power...

i think its fairly obviious that whenver ppl appear later in the DBZ saga the stronger they are...so bojack is defintaly stronger than cell
