Pros:

Always Cool and Relaxed
Can master any technique instently
Can Hypnotise you.

Cons:

Can Not master Bloodlines
Not as Powerfull As he looks / sounds.

Sabaku No Gaara:

Pros:
Absolute Defense
Nearly Impossible to harm.
Many different Jutsus-both offensive and defensive.
All around bad-ass.

Cons:
NO melee attacks.
Can't control the sand inside the gourd at will.
Kinda Crazy.

Pros/Cons:
The Shukaku. I say it's both a pro and con because he can't really control it, enabling it a con. He also can't fall asleep otherwise it would eat at his personality and he would cease to be Gaara. A pro because the shukaku is wicked strong.

Sakura:

Pros: "knows" Everything.

Cons: Doesn't Do Shit. Even if she vowyed to.

Naruto
Pros:
Strength of heart is great
Determined
Loyal Friend

Cons:
Only Powerful mainly because of the Kyuubi and not based on pure talent

Sakura

Pros:
Was the Pupil of the 5th Hokage
Is a Medical ninja
Could Easily Kill Naruto

Con:
Is a hot COMIC CHARCTER.. grrr...

Rock Lee

pros:
over average Jônin level H2H combat skills
faster than the human eye
the ultimate hard-worker
very loyal
can open 5 of the 8 inner gates
can perform both omote- and ura renge
he will still fight when he is sleeping/unconsciousness
is a natural suiken (drunken fist) fighter
has a lot of knowledge

cons:
can not use nin- or genjutsu
has "unike" haircut
is very dependent of his sensei Maito Gai

Itachi-

Pros-

can kill anyone
to cool
is UBER powerful
his akatsuki clothes look cool on him
cons-

Always fighting to prove he is better than Naruto
Only real strength is the Sharingan
