Please note: if you are unaware of this product, it is extremely graphic guro; do not look it up if this disturbs you.

For anyone who does know what this is, can you explain it to me? From what I can tell, it's based off of Ragnarok Online (or at least something very similar), but that's about it.

It's a manga, correct? What's the plot of it? Is it worth reading (for the story, rather than the gratuitous violence)?

Guro is a form of art that is considered grotesque--hence the name--due to its graphic drawings (often of violence, though there are...worse kinds).
