Light Yagami vs. L with a twist

The battle between these 2 genuises rages on with the following twist:

L and Light Yagami switch places. So its Light trying to prove his suspicions of L being Kira right.

Light doesn't hold back at all L isn't nearly as ruthless he wouldn't go to the extremes Light did they are equally brilliant so their personalities decide it for me Light wins again.

Well, I've seen the end of the series... and it's actually quite surprising. I'm not spoiling the specific details, but let's just say that it's a draw and both end up dying... and it's with this knowedge that I state that even with the switching of roles that it would end up as a draw, as the two are so similar in their problem-solving skills that it doesn't matter who's after whom.
