Well Lobo can't make clones any more but when he could he could do so from one drop of blood. He is immortal and has crazy regeneration abilities, if this is a fight Lobo would win.

Not to mention the clones themselves could make clones the same way

I'd have to say Koola's for the sole reason of his cloning does not leave him with the need to kill all his other clones to prove a point.
