Bardock's Powerlevel

How strong is Bardock when he tried to fight Frieza?

Porbably one of the strongest on Vegeta..had he actually healed. It never really says except an estimation when he's in the tank at the start of the movie so even if that estimation was right..it would have shot up alot with his near death against Dodoria.

He should've been as powerful as Raditzu as Raditzu was considered to be one of the more powerful low-class saiyajins (meaning his father was a low-class warrior as well).
Then again Freeza said that Goku looked like the only saiyajin who were able to hold the resistance (Baddaku, Goku's father).

hmmm, King Vegetas power level im guessing was somewhere between, 7,000 and 11,000, so by the end of the movie i think Bardock was around 18,000, maybe higher !!

Was it not stated in the Bardock Special that his powerlevel was 10,000.

I think it was over 10,000.

Higher Seen 10,000 and i think the near death boost is 1.5 so it should of been around 15,000
