As strong a deck Yami Marik has, Yubel would probably take him out. Remember that it took a badass turn for Jaden to take her out. Her deck is more advanced and agressive than Yami's. Ra might be a tough nut to crack, and would probably grant him the chance in an otherwise rather chanceless battle.

Yubel would lose. Marik would summon Ra and and used OTK to defeat Yubel.

Yami Marik sucked. Lame character and powerup and didn't make any sense.

The guy would've lost to Joey if not for Plot no Jutsu.

The real Marik was awesome though.

Yubel wins, GX just works on more advanced strategies than the original.

if marik can get ra out it's a done deal, but gx generation guys have more cards to choose from so the odds are slightly in their favor.

And just how do you propose Marik summons Ra? It requires three tributes while terror incarnate can kill his field every single turn.

when he fought Yugi, remember how many times he summons Ra to the field? he didn't have to use 3 tributes to use OTK.

monster reborn + Winged dragon of Ra = OTK.

You still need to summon Ra the first time though.

it's unnecessary. Ra is not a nomi or semi-nomi monster so it can be summoned from the graveyard so Marik can activate it's effects anytime he wants.
