Kisame can turn a desert into a lake making it in his favor. Just because Kakuzu was alway paired with people weaker than him doesn't make him so much stronger than Kisame. Kakuzu fought Kakashi, with Chouji and Ino in the way. Kisame beat all of Team Gai with a clone that had like was 10 or 30 percent of his chakra only.
Having more jutsu doesn't mean anything. Not when none of Itachi's attacks can hit Tobi, and Tobi has a more advanced sharingan, and has had a longer time learning all it's secrets. Itachi also doesn't know most of Tobi's secret's like his ability to phase through attacks while Tobi knows all of Itachi's abilities.
Deidara didn't trick Gaara. He outsmarted him by placing clay into his sand and blowing it up on Gaara. He distracted Gaara and then blew him up. So no, he didn't trick Gaara.
Amaterasu burns until it destroys whatever it is supposed to be burning. He would absorb it into himself, and his insides would be burned.
Kakuzu didn't have weaker partners. Actually, most were stronger than him. His rage kills every single person around him. Kisame lost to Gai when he opened 6 of the 8 inner gates, and pownded him badly. It would be a close battle, but Kakuzu would win. His four masks would destroy Kisame before he can do anything. It nevers says he used 10 or 30% of chakra. He even said himself, he used most of his chakra.
Having more jutsu's means way more than you think. It also never states that Itachi can't hit Tobi. Just because he can teleport doesn't mean a thing. A more advanced Sharingan, LOL!! There are only two thing Tobi has in his Sharingan that Itachi doesn't have.
1. Eternal Mangekyuo Sharingan
2. Blindness
Tobi doesn't have any of the 2 Amaterasu's, and Susanoo. Just like Itachi says, "Even the strongest of opponents, always has a weakness." Itachi knows Tobi can't use his Sharingan. And when Tobi doesn't see it coming, Itachi would blow up a clone on Tobi, killing him right. Itachi even has Ephemeral. Ephemeral is an advanced kekkei genkai genjutsu in which Itachi doesn't need eye contact to activate, as well as the illusion being more realistic. Itachi activates it by pointing at the enemy with his index finger to form flocks of ravens that transform into forms of shuriken that strike the enemy. In the first variation, Itachi summons a flock of raven to transform into normal shuriken to tear the enemy's flesh into the form of the enemy's closest friends to distract the enemy with guilt as one of them attempts to kill the enemy. In the black and white varation, (as seen in Naruto Shippûden: Gekitou Ninja Taisen EX) Itachi forms two clones that vanish into a flock of ravens that transform into shuriken that strike the enemy before Itachi uses his sword to cut the enemy in half. In the scarlet atmosphere variation, (as seen in Naruto Shippûden: Narutimate Accel) Itachi, himself vanishes into a flock of ravens then reappears over a flock of ravens, commanding them to transform into Demon Wind Shuriken that strike the enemy as Itachi strikes them down in reality.
Tobi won't be able to dodge it in time. Itachi is a far better shinobi, and probably the best Akatsuki. Dark-Jaxx, if everything is bullshit, prove me wrong.
