2. Only Naruto cannot use the 9 Tail's full power though. The highest he has been shown to do was 4 tailed, who only destroyed a small section of forest. Wow.

sasuke had deidara beat by the time he threw the chidori he just wanted to make sure his theory was right that is why he got messed up. if he didnt try to prove his theory he would have won even faster

Kirabi was effortlessly holding the upperhand against Suigetsu, Jugo, and Sasuke(notice I didn't mention Karin, who hasn't done shit but sense and heal people), he was even able to escape Tsukiyomi, because he is in perfect harmony with his beast, moreso than any seen in the series so far. Hell...He was able to write down rap rhymes while fighting. 😐
He is faster than Kakuzu, able to strike and nearly kill Sasuke, who has the Mangekyo Sharingan, and is at least as fast as Lee.
He is physically very strong, able to block Suigetsu's sword with ease and disarm him just as easily, and then easily defeated Jugo.
His style is unpredictable, able to wield 7 swords at once with great efficiency, and as I mentioned fatally wounded Sasuke, if it were not for Karin, he would be dead.
Kirabi is able to channel chakra into his blades like Sasuke does with Chidori Current, and even overpowered Sasuke's Chidori Current with it.
As a full Eight Tailed form, in one blast he was able to do more destruction than any other character in the series so far(besides Deidara's suicide blast and the Kyuubi), he blasted the entire environment around him to shit.
First of all, Kakuzu had I think two of his hearts already destroyed, and was not in top form when Naruto beat him. Still a good feat though.
Kakuzu though fast, is not on par with Kirabi in that regard, who outmaneuvered and beat a Mangekyo user(before you bring up Kakashi, for some queer reason his Mangekyo was not activated when he fought Kakuzu).
Kakuzu has not shown the same destructive power as the Eight Tailed.
Kakuzu though strong, is not as strong as Kirabi IMO.
