Gotenks Full Power Super Saiyan 3
When Gotenks uses SSJ3, their are occasions when he is not exhibiting an dark gold aura, and his hair is white; similar to a relaxed Super Saiyan. His personality also does not change when transforming, he is as goofy and unrelaxed as usual. I think he has mastered the SSJ3 form, much like Goku and Gohan did with the Super Saiyan form during the Cell Games saga. What does everyone else think?

Anime colours. That's the reason.
For the personality I don't recall Goku ever exhibiting a personality change in S3, like when he first transformed. Nor is the 'fury' shown to last at anytime after the initial transformation is turned off.

Recall when SSJ3 Goku fought Pure Buu--his demeanor didn't seem any different than normal...

i remember him getting a little more serious and meaner when fighting kid buu in SSJ 3 form but it didn't last very long
