Quite a variety among power levels
I was looking at the trailer for Revival of F, and Frieza has a million warriors helping him invade Earth. Some of these soldiers are weak as hell, with power levels of less than 200, as they are defeated by buff roshi's kamehameha. Some are a regular level, as Tien's powerful tri-beam easily vaporises them. Yet, one red guy is able to defeat Piccolo, who at this point is at least Cell Jr. level, as during the Cell saga, he was able to hold his own against those little bastards. 12 years later, he should be stronger. What a HUGE range between soldier strength. Whats up with that?
