Is "double fusion" possible?

Lets say Gohan and Piccolo did the fusion dance to become "Piccohan", and then Goku and Vegeta did the fusion dance to become Gogeta.

Could Piccohan and Gogeta then use Potara to fuse into a single being (basically fusing 4 characters into one body)?

Theoretical fusion-stacking has come up before.

Aside from it just being laughably stupid, there's really nothing to suggest that it wouldn't be possible, tbh. I'm honestly surprised they haven't done something like that in DBH. /shrug
