What Havent We Found Yet?

What creatures in this world havent been discovered yet? Do you believe that there are any?
Well to me, it's physically impossible to be in this world and not know that there are large and unidentified creatures we've never got to see with our own eyes.
I've been reading up some articles on the internet and some people have found some WIERD things! Like creatures that look like a mix between a alligator and a pile of rubbish. Sure some of it may be hoaxes, but it isnt all. What about Loch Ness? What about the Congo creature they believe to be a living dinosaur?
See, this stuff interests me.

I don't know what animals haven't been discovered because if I knew then there really wouldn't be a mystery and they would be discovered.

I do think we haven't identified all species on planet earth though!

Well, duh, I didnt literally ask you to give me a 10 page list of everything you theorize as unidentified. I just asked what kinds of creatures you think havent been found and what you think about them, and the subject.

Sadly, a cure for many cancers.

You would be surprised there is a lot of unknow things out there, specially insects, and plants, but even large animals could be found too... there is a lot of new things they find in the amazon forest every day.

There are some cures for many cancers that the public is not told about...It would cut into the profits of the medical and insurance communities...

I hope you're kidding me, Deb. If true, that is sooooo sad that we have cures and are not administering them because of $$$$$.

I don't know let, and when I do know, it will be off topic to post it here. 😆

Amen would that be a relief, considering my cousin has cancer and he's just 17.

Thanks.
Yeah, it's Rhabdomyosarcoma. A Bone cancer.

I believe approximately 90% of insects are still as of yet undiscovered.

Why photons react as they do.....just scraping the surface on that one...they act with intelligence, change shape, wave forms...etc...very diverse.

I'm sure there are many ocean dwelling creatures that have yet to be discovered.

This stuff intrests me as well,I often wonder about it as well,I think there are still Giant squids in the ocean and maybe like a big sea monster species that we never have seen cause they live so deep under the water...

Yeah I saw a picture of a large squid that was like 60 feet long, I wonder if there are any that are longer then that. It would be wicked cool. That and the theory that Megalodon is still alive in the deep seas, who knows?!

There is a project running in which oil-platform's maintenance/surveillance robots are used to film underwater life. It is named 'SERPENT', which stands for 'Scientific and Environmental Rov Partnership using Existing iNdustrial Technology'. Sea-biologist Ian Hudson came up with the idea to use already present camera's in the oceans to investigate on marine lifeforms and many oil-companies agreed on sending Hudson footage from their robots. So far the results are amazing, it very little time new species of fish, crabs and squids have been spotted, and also known species in area's where they weren't expected.
So far no tremendously amazing new monsters have been discovered, but who knows what the future of this project may reveal.

Woah, that's pretty damn cool. Maybe someday if they find something extraordinary enough it'll be worldwide.

Ancestor to the great white. Scientific name Carcharadon Carcharocles. This makes the great white look like an M&M, basically. This creature was believed to reach up to 60 feet long. And the biggest great white ever recorded so far was 23 feet, now that isnt anything compared to this big fish.
It lived millions of years ago. Here's a pretty accurate sketch. http://www.cc.whecn.edu/tate/ART/GSHARK.jpg
The tooth drawn is a bit smaller than in real life. If you held your hand up and measured from your wrist to the bottom of your hand where your fingers begin that's about how big it was. My teacher even told me it ate whales whole. Now that's humongous.
