Your World

Simply this thread is to put your view of a World that you commanded the rules of, this is not a fantasy thread as such, the main idea behind it is simply to say what you would do with the world if you could command its values and how the way people thought, by rules i mean real world and political views and rules, how would the world function, obviously this is not fantasy so no "ill add magic" etc etc. Ill prob post mine later once things get going.

Id let people do what they like within reason. No torture, rape, murder etc.

Everyone would do what I think is morally right.

As I said in a another thread, I'd prefer true communism, where everyone does their jobs just because they need to be done. No currency required. Laws would have to be local, I think.

I thought people had more heavily built philosophies they would be interested in sharing.

There are far too many factors to effectively cover everything. Any society where everyone had the same morals and such would work very well and anyone's ideal would typically be exactly that relative to themselves.

Teachers, nurses, child-care workers: all would be paid as entertainers/pro athletes are paid in the current world; and the latter would be paid as the former are in the current world.

Greed = Banned!
Sponging off others = Banned!

Hmmmm lets see. Intelligence should be valued much more than physical prowess. I.E. Stephen Hawking should be more of a celebrity than somone like Lebron James.

I think I would get rid of those nasty prejudices that we all possess, along with our natural tendency to be greedy and put ourselves above all others.

I would end armed conflict, we should be above killing eachother by this point but unfortunately we are not.

And just generally correct all the flaws in our nature that hamper and block the growth of the human spirit.
