rugal omega was beaten by kyo several tmes in the king of fighter turnoments
yes he is alive now we know dat
but i dont think ult rugal can beat akuma especially shin-akuma
also he has improve is raging dragon
hes too qucik, martial arts master
as we speak he is training
he beat bison with out a sweat
rugal is slow than akuma
yes he is powerful but shin-akuma is wickly powerful
he killed ryu and ken's master
ragul got his ass wipe by kyo
kyo cant even beat plain akuma
personnally ryu will beat kyo's ass
even ken will put up a fight,not agianst ragul i mean kyo

man i think dats a lie man plus dat is the snk version of the game
i talking about snk vs capcom choas
snk switch around about the street fighter characters
for example ryu attitude on the game is so cocky ryu is not like dat
snk switch the button for example the dragon punch for ken and ryu
u have to do it a certain
basically dat is the snk version not the creators capcom
b/c snk is only back because of capcom
it just a game anyway
read the comics akuma is super powerful
plus in the latest king of fighter ragul is die
his son is the new boss king of fighter i think 2003
becuase it hasnt reach america yet that i know of
red the comic man read the comics look at the street figher alpha movies
rugal cannot battle akuma just let me say shin-akuma ok

In the comics, we have no idea how powerful Bison is after his Pyscho upgrade, but I'm guessing he will give Akuma a run for his money. As for Rugal, I gotta go with Akuma.
Rugal just is a weaker version of Akuma (Badass boss of doom, so to speak)
