Oh ya he used to not be able to read her mind very easily when she was w/ C. Danvers persona. She coulda pulled it off then.
I forgot now he can eaisly forsee her attack.
Still she could absorb someone who he has trouble reading or wear a psi shield and then just touch him for a few seconds.
Then she could kill his mind. Then his body.

Yeah Rogue isn't going to be successful. It takes Xavier two seconds to shut down someone's mind, and if he's fighting for his life, he won't have difficulty reading her mind because he won't be gentle. Sometimes he has difficulty if he's afraid it might harm them.
