Dr. Who vs. The Joker & Harley Quinn
The Situation: In the year 3045 the Daleks have succeeded in conquering most of the galaxy, having over come their inability to mount stairs, due to the development of a wacky virus in 2004 which destroyed stairs all over the universe, leaving the defenders of freedom trapped at the top of buildings.... having detected this the Doctor (4th version) with Sarah and K9 travel back in time to stop the prankster who is responsible for this dark future....
The Joker and his mad assistant, deep in their lair cooking up an anti stair virus.
So, who wins this battle in the sprawling city? The Doctor has the element of surprise, as he is arriving in a Blue Phone booth from the future, and will have had prep time....
