And seeing as how Juggernaut would be 100% unharmed by those attacks Apocolypse would eventually get tired of trying to hurt a physically immune opponant with unlimited endurance, and Juggy would break his neck.
His helm only protects vs Psionic attacks. He's INVULNERABLE to conventional attacks, and his armor/helmet have nothing to do with that, hell he could kill Apocolypse naked if he wanted to.

Then he'll rip the helmet off and use a psionic attack on him. Not sure if he has that though. Been kind of fuzzy on Apocalypse's powers but there's not really much Juggernaut can do to somebody that can reform their body.
