I doubt she could take the gem out as it is mystically embedded, but I'm sure all she could do is temporarily embed him deep underground as any figure she phases with her becomes relatively weightless too (as illustrated when she phased characters around with her like Colossus), or phase an object in him, which I haven't the faintest what would happen on whether Juggernaut can get it out or not (if he can survive).
