what is this all marvel vs DC heros there are some heros that can take these clown by themselves , silver sulfer for sure ather that will be close Thor , Superman , GL , Hulk , Magneto. the list can goes on
probably lobo. they could take him down but not for long...hed take a few out before tho...then die...come back in a few days and kill some more. itd just be funny

Only two would be needed. From Marvel Loki, and from DC Doomsday.
The Mask belonged to the trickster god Loki, thus Loki himself should be able to handle it.
Lobo cannot be permanently killed. Doomsday cannot be permanently killed ......and he comes back stronger and impervious to whatever got him.
Doomsday (DC) and Loki (Marvel) would take care of Lobo and the Mask by themselves. The rest of DC/Marvel can take a break.
loki hid the mask in the sea because it was too powerful...too powerful even for odinto control. loki himself feared its power then as he would now.
doomsday hmm...lobo would loose prolly sure..but maybe not.each time lobo would die and come back he'd use his power to figure out what DDs greatest weakness is...then exploit it...The mask could eat DD. can you be immune to being eaten?
the mask can time travel. at will.
in the end there would be a buncha dead bodies and a few immortals hiding. thats about it

Lobo could exploit the mask's powers better than the mask could, He could identify all the weaknesses of the heroes and have mask create them, not being fueld by the same kind of lunacy that the mask is, they would be quite efficient.
