All these Guys have one day to come up with the ultimate plan to kill each other.

Who would use this prep time better.

Wow.
The only one i am SURE will NOT win is the Joker.
With prep time any of the three (Batman, Slade, or Black Panther) could win.
This would end up being based more on luck than skill, since the three would basically have taken care of any extraneous variables and come up with plans backed up by plans backed up by plans.

Black Panther is superior to Batman in terms of prep AND resources.

Slade is a different beast entirely. Hell, he tagged The Flash while he was zooming around.
