who would win,

Green Lantern vs. elektra vs. Neo (from Matrix) vs. Wolvrine vs. Superman vs. Magneto vs. Docter Octopus vs. Thing vs. Raven vs. Spiderman vs. Batman vs. Superman.

If it was kind of like an every man for himself or herslef for Raven.

It would mainly come down to Green Lantern, Supes and Mags. Everyone else are largely nobodies who would go down fast (unless this fight took place inside the Matrix). Mags could probably beat Supes, and Green Latern may be able to beat Mags. Or, Supes could beat GL, then Mags could beat Supes. Or GL could beat Mags, then Supes beats GL. So there are a lot of possible combinations here. Most likely, Supes and GL team up to beat Mags, then go home.
