Well Parallax will win the fight because he is determined to win the fight. Plus he is crazy enough in his own head with the combined powers of most the guardians, the green lantern rings, and the source of all green lanterns the main green lantern battery. Also if he is wanting so badly to get back his dead city which was destroyed by cyborg and mongul he is will to kill anything and anyone who stood in his unholy path.
