EMpath can make her depressed which makes her stop fighting. And then EMpath attacks her. LOL

Her shield protects her from telekenitcs but i don't know if it does from telepathic. She has to turn invisible and hope the telepath doesn't see her long enough for her to slip a I - Bubble over his/her head.
However that works on subtle powers like Karma but on a full telepath I doubt invis. would work.
This is a great thread. Just like all the other ones you ve made Count Quan.
Empath wouldn't even have to fight her. Did you see how he devastated Magnetos life in and around New Mutants 40.
I saw in X-men 150 Empath face off against Professor X. Now Prof. was weakened physically but still Empath had Him on the ropes.
The only one he can't scare is Wolverine.
