I think havok could take out vulture im not so sure about rhino since he has indestructible skin unless havok could manage to shoot plasma into his mouth

Rhino isn't the Juggernaut, his "ramming" attacks can be stopped
with sufficient force. And I think a blast from someone who can
level the side of a small mountain would be enough.
Besides, Rhino's face is exposed.

yea havok converts cosmic energy in EXTREMLY hot plasma that would easily incinerate ppl but havok focuses to lower the intensity of his plasma still rhino has indestructible skin so im not sure
