Depends on how fast bullseye can throw his weapons, he has a normal strength of a regular guy, doubt he could hit spidey with that cuz of his spidey sense.
only takes one hit for each to take the other out tho.

If DD is too fast for Bullseye (or at least fast enough to almost always dodge) then Spidey has a cake-walk with this.

As far as i know, Spiderman will murder bullseye. It's not like the guy has time to prep. I give it up to the webhead.

yep, pretty much. bullseye doesn't throw things harder than a peak thrower can. spidey sense allows him to dodge those speeds of projectiles effortlessly.

spidey wipes the floor with him.

but bullseye is a pretty cool villain.
