i'd say annihilus' destructive power is close to that of Silversurfers....
BBs are the same even.
This would be an awesome fight!
No one seems to use Annihilus on these threads.

BB has similar powers to Silver Surfer (energy/matter manipulation), but I think his power elvels fall a bit below the Surfer. Still, Black Bolt is an ingenius fighter, so I think he could pull off the win against Annihilus.
